Production

The UV gel and hybrid nail polish production department manufactures 600 batches per month, with capacities ranging from 3,500 to 450,000 kg. The modern machinery includes advanced dissolvers and vacuum-heating cabinets, ensuring high efficiency and production quality. The second branch of our business focuses on the production of skincare cosmetics, including emulsions, cleansers, oils, and scrubs. Homogenizers with a total capacity of 1,025 kg allow for the production of up to 40,000,000 kg per month, enabling the fulfillment of large orders while maintaining the highest standards.

Packaging services

We offer comprehensive cosmetic packaging services, including dosing, capping, labeling, and preparation for sale. Thanks to advanced technology and automation, we can process up to arround 3 mln units of products per month, ensuring efficiency and precision at every stage. Our solutions help beauty industry companies meet the highest market standards, supporting brand image enhancement and customer satisfaction.

Product Labeling and Marking – pad printing and screen printing

We offer professional product labeling and marking services using pad printing and screen printing, accommodating a wide range of quantities. For small batches, we provide precise printing on our in-house equipment, ensuring a personalized approach.
For medium quantities, we apply printing directly onto the packaging, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and customer attraction.
For high volumes, reaching hundreds of thousands of units, we use automated labeling machines, ensuring efficiency and top-quality execution for large production runs.

Quality control

Comprehensive, multi-stage process that includes pre-production, in-process, and post-production inspections. Each product undergoes six control stages to ensure GMP compliance. Using methods like spectrophotometry, viscometry, and grindometry, we perform nearly 15,000 measurements annually with advanced tools such as spectrophotometers and UV/LED lamps. Key attributes evaluated include polymerization, color, gloss, viscosity, and product stability, along with final checks on aesthetics, component compatibility, and completeness.

Logistics

The Logistics Department of Silcare Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.** manages its own warehouses, ensuring constant product availability and efficient order fulfillment. Through optimized inventory management, we handle tens of thousands of shipments monthly, both domestically and internationally. Our processes guarantee timely and secure deliveries, while partnerships with trusted courier companies enable fast order processing.

Post-sale service

We provide professional post-sales support at every stage of cooperation. The Silcare team consists of 21 people, including 13 dedicated account managers, ready to assist clients in 6 languages. We are currently working with 737 active clients, conducting 1,365 phone calls per month with potential partners and offering tailored promotions. Each client can count on 10 annual meetings with their account manager, ensuring high-quality collaboration. We support over 200 private label brands, delivering the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.
