Silcare is a leader in the production of UV gels and hybrid nail polishes, focusing on quality, innovation, and complete control over every stage of product creation for over 20 years.
Our manufacturing process consists of seven key stages, from generating ideas based on trend analysis, through dermatological testing, to precisely controlled production and logistics. We produce 600 batches of UV gels and hybrid nail polishes each month, with capacities ranging from 3,500 to 450,000 kg, as well as up to 40,000 kg of skincare cosmetics. Each product undergoes six stages of quality control, and we conduct nearly 15,000 measurements annually.
We employ over 350 people, working in modern production halls covering more than 35,000 m². Our products, available worldwide, meet the highest standards of safety and aesthetics.
The UV gel and hybrid nail polish production department manufactures 600 batches per month, with capacities ranging from 3,500 to 450,000 kg.
Through optimized inventory management, we handle tens of thousands of shipments monthly, both domestically and internationally.
